Tell us which server and feature are affected, what happened and roughly when it happened. Include your timezone if you know it. Do not send bot tokens, OAuth secrets, passwords, recovery codes or private message content.
For permission issues, include the role or channel name rather than screenshots containing unrelated member information. Security reports should be sent privately by email.
