Delete what you no longer need.

Select Log out in the dashboard. CharmBot deletes the active encrypted server-side session and clears its browser cookies. Sessions also expire automatically one hour after login.

In Discord, run /profile reset:true to remove your custom community profile presentation. Run /birthday remove to remove your saved birthday from that server.

Ask a server administrator to reset other server-managed records, such as experience points, economy balances, suggestions or moderation information. Some safety and audit records may need to be retained when there is a legitimate security or legal reason.

Run /arcade delete-data confirm:true in Discord to remove your retained Arcade play, ledger, daily usage and audit history for that server and reset the balance and lifetime counters. CharmBot retains only the minimum server and user binding, current-day claim marker and active self-exclusion needed to prevent repeated free grants or bypassing a safety lock. Arcade history also expires automatically after 90 days.

Run /persona export for a private, cursor-paginated copy of your plural and roleplay profiles, saved picture bytes, preferences and retained delivery records. Run /persona delete-data confirm:true to remove your profiles, pictures, server overrides and ordinary preferences. Active staff safety blocks remain until server staff removes them, and minimum actor attribution for already-posted proxy messages remains until that server's 7 to 90 day retention period ends.

Invite analytics are server-level aggregate counts and do not store the identities of members who joined, so there is no member-level invite history to export or delete. A server administrator can end a campaign in the dashboard to disable its Discord invite.

Aggregate invite totals expire after the server's configured 7 to 400 day retention period. Campaign labels and lifecycle records can remain for server audit continuity until the server data is deleted.

In Discord, use /notify remove with an alert code to permanently delete one keyword subscription. Use /notify clear confirm:true to delete all of your keyword subscriptions and their associated live delivery history for the current server. Pausing an alert stops delivery but does not delete its settings.

Keyword delivery records never contain the matched message text or an excerpt. Terminal delivery metadata expires automatically after 7 days even if you do not clear it.

An authorized server manager can disable or delete a sticky message from Automations in the dashboard. CharmBot queues cleanup using the exact saved message ID and deletes it only after confirming that the post belongs to CharmBot. The sticky configuration is removed after safe cleanup; unrelated messages in the channel are never selected.

Ordinary channel messages or private messages already sent by an automation remain in Discord until an authorized person deletes them there. Deleting or disabling the workflow prevents future runs but does not bulk-delete its earlier Discord messages.

Server Counters store only server-level aggregate member, voice-user and scheduled-event totals, so there is no member-level voice participation history to export or delete. Aggregate samples expire after the retention period selected by a server manager.

A server administrator can remove a counter from the dashboard. CharmBot never deletes a channel that the server adopted. A channel created by CharmBot is deleted only when an administrator separately confirms that choice; otherwise it remains in Discord after the counter is detached.

A server owner or authorized administrator can remove CharmBot from the Discord server. After Discord confirms the removal, CharmBot deletes the server record and associated server-scoped feature data.

Subscription, payment event and redeemed access records are stored separately from the server configuration. Minimal records may be retained to preserve an entitlement after reinstall, prevent fraud, support accounting or meet legal obligations. Use the private request process below if those records also need to be reviewed.

For an additional deletion request, email post@charmcaststudios.com. Send your Discord user ID and the affected server ID. Do not send your bot token, password, OAuth token or recovery codes.

CharmBot may ask you to verify control of the Discord account or management access to the server before fulfilling a request. Only provide the minimum information needed for verification.

Messages, captions, logs or transcript files already posted in Discord are controlled by the destination server and Discord. A server administrator must delete those messages or channels in Discord. The exception is a managed sticky post: when its sticky is disabled or deleted, CharmBot attempts the exact ownership-checked cleanup described above.

Deleted records can remain in access-restricted backups until the backup expires through its retention schedule. Backups are used only for recovery and are not used to restore an individual deleted record into the live service.
