CharmBot Minecraft

Built for modern servers

CharmBot supports Paper, Spigot, Bukkit, Fabric and Forge for Minecraft 26.2. Each installation receives its own credential after pairing.

A secure, simple link

  • A short-lived, one-use Discord pairing code
  • No Discord bot token, API key or server ID to paste
  • A separate secure credential for every Minecraft installation
  • Multiple Minecraft servers can connect to one Discord server

Setup guide

Install, pair, play.

  1. 01

    Add the connector

Add the CharmBot Minecraft connector that matches your server. Use the plugin for Paper, Spigot or Bukkit, and the mod for Fabric or Forge.

  2. 02

    Start your server

Put the JAR in plugins for Paper, Spigot or Bukkit, or mods for Fabric or Forge. Start the server once so CharmBot creates its local connector identity.

  3. 03

    Create a Discord pairing code

In the Discord server, run /minecraft link and select the channel that should receive Minecraft chat and events.

  4. 04

    Link from Minecraft

As a Minecraft operator, run /charmbot link CODE with the one-use code from Discord. CharmBot securely finishes the connection.

What it brings across

Minecraft chat appears in Discord, Discord chat appears clearly marked in Minecraft, and CharmBot posts joins, leaves, deaths and readable advancements to the selected channel.

Manage it from Discord

Use /minecraft status to view server health, online players and TPS. Use /minecraft settings, /minecraft channel and /minecraft unlink to manage the linked server.
